How to make sambar in 2 minutes

Mixing:
- Add 50g Sambar Curry Powder to 600ml water. Stir, removing lumps. Set aside.

Tadka & Veggies:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, add mustard, cumin seeds.
- Add 100-150g cut veggies, sauté, add water, and cook covered for 2-3 mins.

Combine & Boil:
- Pour premix water into cooked veggies.
- Boil for 6-7 mins on low flame.

Season & Serve:
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve hot with Idli or Rice.
